General Terms for Returns & Replacements
- Return or replacement requests must be submitted within 7 days of receiving the product.
- The product must be in its original, unused condition, with unopened packaging and no installation attempts.
- The original invoice or proof of purchase must be provided.
- Returns are only accepted after approval by our technical support team, based on product inspection.
- Returns/replacements are NOT accepted in the following cases:
- If the product has been opened, installed, or used.
- If the product is damaged due to misuse or improper storage.
- If the return is due to personal preference (e.g., change of mind) without a verified defect.
Special Policy for Air Conditioning Products
Due to the nature of air conditioning units:
- No returns or replacements are allowed once the packaging is opened or the unit is installed, unless a manufacturing defect is confirmed by an authorized technical report.
- If a manufacturing defect is verified, we will:
- Replace the product with a new unit.
- Repair the defect through an authorized service center.
- Issue a full refund if replacement/repair is not possible.
Shipping & Return Costs
- If the return is due to a manufacturing defect or store error, we cover all shipping and replacement costs.
- If the return is due to the customer's request (without defects), the customer bears full shipping and delivery fees.
